We harness our collective expertise in real estate with our ability to identify and acquire undervalued multifamily properties to create significant value for our investors.

As an energetic community leader and mentor, Eddy’s peers and fans know his name to be very appropriate as he always brings a big “Charge” of energy to all his endeavors.

In his role as founder of Elevated Capital Investments, Eddy has hand-selected a team of top talent with various expertise in the Real Estate Investment field. As a leader, he is wise enough to know that the best way to be a successful leader is to surround yourself with a strong team.

Mr.Charger’s leadership positions in several businesses, non-profits and church organizations coupled with his years of successful real estate and investment ventures have uniquely prepared him to excel in creating passive income and appreciation investment opportunities for the rest of us. Eddy’s kind, knowledgeable, and understanding demeanor speak to the core of his willingness to help and go above and beyond to ensure his clients’ needs are met. When Eddy isn’t solving problems or negotiating deals, he enjoys trying new restaurants, going out to dance, and traveling with his wife. His two children keep him fit mentally and physically with sports and schooling along with one of their favorite pastimes – their weekly Saturday movie nights. 

Nathaniel Palmer

Nathaniel is a rain-maker...

in the multifamily real estate investment arena. His talent as a master networker has allowed him to create relationships with people throughout the investment community – from top power players to mom and pop individual investors. These relationships empower Nathaniel and his partners to be able to work with some of the best people, access exclusive deals and provide reliable returns.

 Mr. Palmer’s degrees in business administration and international business, combined with over 15 years of both domestic and international experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, service and ideas provided the firm foundation that he has built his real estate investment business upon. Nathaniel is a partner in over 750 multifamily units acquired prior to co-founding Elevated Capital Investments. There are many more to come!

 In his position as cofounder and general manager, his strengths and experience give ECI a competitive advantage. Some of these areas are planning, execution, public relations, organizing events, distribution, sponsorship, negotiations, and research plus over 2 years’ experience in multifamily acquisitions working with syndicators. Additionally, we at EIC are fortunate to have access to the experience and expertise of Nathaniel and his wife, (who we are certain does most of the work!) provide through their Short-Term Rental marketing and asset management company that provides housing solutions for vacationers, business professionals and NGOs.

Nathaniel is a volunteer at heart and has always been active in his community. This is probably why networking is his greatest skill in business. No matter the situation, his heart is always to know the person and to be a resource and it’s something that he carries into any situation. He has received commendations and certificates recognizing excellent service provided during Hurricanes Dennis and Emily; Led logistics activities reaching victims of Hurricane Dean under the Post Hurricane Dean Outreach programme; Awarded COPE certificate – New Hampshire Camp, USA and Quarter Mile Rowboat Assistance – USA. He is also fortunate to have a beautiful family that is his pride and joy.

Peter specializes in identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities for individual and institutional investors. He focuses on capital preservation and long-term growth. This distinctive background and focus brings so much value to the investors who partner with ECI.

Mr. St. Martin’s superpower is his big heart that is always looking to give more than he gets. He is known among his friends and peers to be ready to give generously of his time, specialized knowledge, gift of teaching and just generally being that steadfast person you know you can count on.

Edward Shamirian

Edward lives and breathes numbers...

He is ECIs secret weapon ready to take all the info on a prospective investment and twist it, turn it, research it, comb through every piece of data and underwrite every deal as if his future depends on it. We here at ECI appreciate how much attention to every detail Edward spends because we are also investors and want the piece of mind that we are making a good deal. Our investors need that level of confidence and we are confident in Ed and his numbers!

Raised in real estate as the family business, Edward has real estate financials in his DNA. After growing up in all things real estate, he went on to get his Bachelors degree in Business Management with an emphasis in real estate. This solid background plus being a licensed California real estate agent has provided him with the opportunity to manage and navigate multiple high-level real estate transactions – both as the agent and buyer. Edward also brings experience in property management, managing land, apartment buildings, shopping centers, and mixed use. Within the past 6 years, he has participated in over 100 transactions as an agent and has accumulated several million dollars worth of personal investment properties.

When Edward isn’t crunching numbers, he enjoys crunching reps at the gym and watching sports. He’s been well-traveled but is looking to add to his list of countries visited. Growing up with a great love of sports – both playing and watching – his bucket list includes going to a soccer game in Barcelona, attending a World Cup Final, and continue traveling the world to appreciate the unique experiences that so many countries have to offer. 

Jakale Freeman

Jakale is truly a wunderkind and Elevated Capital Investments is so fortunate to have him on our team! Straight out of high school he knew exactly what he wanted and didn’t waste a moment getting started. In just two years he has established his own successful real estate business with dozens of transactions to date. His focus and dedication make him the kind of person that every team needs to really win. If you like to win, you want Mr. Freeman on your side.

Jakale states that he lives to wake up every day and experience freedom. Knowing that investing in real estate is a secure, tangable and appreciating asset and is a great wealth builder, gives him the confidence to keep pushing forward. His aim is to help as many people as possible experience that freedom as well through the power of real estate investment.

Normally we would comment on the softer/gentler side of Jakale. However, at his young age and with his level of ambition, determination and sense of purpose there is little that can distract him from his goals. We appreciate him for who he is – now, and who he is on track to becoming.

Kyle is deeply analytical...

with a strong desire to understand how things work. He constantly strives to gain in-depth understanding of processes and procedures so he can best hack them to meet technical requirements while providing advantages to his partners, clients and investors. He secretly loves the challenge of explaining high-level gobbledygook in layman’s terms.

Kyle has taken more than two dozen transactions full lifecycle which includes: deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiating, financing, closing, stabilization, management, and disposition.

In his role as an end-to-end asset investment specialist, Kyle leverages his general manager’s skill set, entrepreneurial spirit, and big company consulting experience to deliver exceptional value to ECI, our business partners and our investors. His BS degree in Marketing has propelled his career including over 13 years with KPMG in the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice assisting companies with their growth strategies, commercial and operational due diligence, operating model strategies, post-merger integrations, and performance transformations before shifting to real estate full-time. ECI is excited to offer Kyle’s experience and expertise to our partners and investors.

Kyle is an Eagle Scout and proud of his involvement in his community. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for Georgia and South Carolina and the Board of Advisors for Camp Dream Street Mississippi, among other volunteer leadership roles with his synagogue, Junior Achievement of Atlanta, and LEAD Atlanta.

M. Sean Bonner

Sean is a problem-solver...

He specializes in breaking problems down into manageable pieces so that root causes with underlying opportunities and solutions are more readily recognizable. His degree in Industrial Engineering coupled with years in Information Technology solving enterprise-wide business problems with elegant technology solutions has given him a unique perspective that is applicable to many other businesses. 

Mr. Bonner began investing in rentals North Idaho in 2003 as a means to establish a portfolio that would create cashflow and enable him to move his young family from the Seattle area to the quieter environs of Idaho, where his wife grew up. Sean has managed all aspects of the properties over the years, while also delving into various other ventures. Sean’s experience with real estate and other undertakings really highlighted the stability, growth and low risk of real estate investments. While he was working at other business ventures that required his constant time and attention, the rental property portfolio has steadily and reliably generated revenue and increasing value. With their youngest child in college, Sean has turned his focus toward scaling into larger properties with a talented team.

Sean highly values his time with his family and works hard to make sure that they get to do the things that they moved to Idaho to enjoy. This includes skiing, kayaking, camping and puttering around his 5 acre “private Idaho!”

Jennifer Bonner

Jennifer is a creative...

Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate, including 8 years as an agent in Seattle and the surrounding area and 18+ years as a real estate investor and property manager. Additionally, her background as functional analyst, project manager, proprietor and entrepreneur gives her insight into the unique challenges and opportunities small business owners face. She provides exceptional services to ensure you feel confident with your decision to hire her. ” I will listen to you and help you to understand your options, then I will do my best to help you achieve your goals.”

Always an entrepreneur at heart, Jennifer has started and operated several small businesses over the years. Some notable and fun ones include: an online used LEGO ® store, a 16,000 square foot second-hand vendor mall and a kettle corn and lemonade concession family business that funded the kids teen years (and still does when they want to make a few bucks!)
